Faithful to the grape varieties that love the Roussillon sun, he creates authentic, fine, elegant wines, imbued with the earth that has carried them. As soon as he took over the family farm, Laurent de Besombes isolated the best tenements, 50 hectares in total that bear the name Domaine Singla. He replaced weed killers, chemical fertilizers and other synthetic products with natural materials such as horsetail, ringweed, lime, sulfur, nettle, fennel... he gave life to the soil, working at the rhythm of the seasons. Since then, in the wastelands, hedges and the surrounding scrubland, the ecosystem has regained its rights.
